The free, weekly, community 5km fun-run will take place at Puckpool Park again(hopefully for the last time this year!) this Saturday.

As of Saturday 9th July we are hoping to return to the Medina/Seaclose course if it has recovered sufficiently after the Festival thrashing!

As always, the event is free to take part in, and open to all ages and abilites, but it is first necessary to procure a unique bar-code from the main parkrun website to scan on the day.

Assembly at the car-park inside Puckpool Park at 8.45am for warm-up and briefing.
