The new, weekly, 5km, community fun-run open to all ages and abilities.

It is free to take part but it is necessary to register for a bar-code first on the main parkrun website.

Go to "South East England" and select "Medina IOW" to register. Families welcome.

Runners assemble on the field below the tennis courts at Medina Leisure Centre at 8.45am every Saturday.
