Guided meditation & Zen Yoga practice to help you tune inwards, connect with the energy of the body, flow with the seasons and improve your health and wellbeing. A gentle zen yoga class that includes hand mudras, simple breathing methods, mindfulness and meditation.

Spaces are limited to 6 people per class and you will need to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushions. Chairs can be provided.
