Breathing qigong movement

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese physical exercise practice that combines the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with an aligned posture, focused, dynamic movements, awareness, intent and diaphragmatic breathing.

Lesson: Qigong.

Day/Time: Mondays at 12.00pm – 1.00pm.

Spring Dates: Monday 15, 22, 29 April and 13, 20 May.

No Classes: Bank holiday Mondays.

Cost: £9 per class.

Payments: Advance bookings via PayPal.

Number of Students: Limited to 8 places. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Level: Everyone welcome. No experience needed.

Format: Qigong is performed standing up, moving around slowly with some stepping movements. This class is not suited to students who are not able to stand and move around for the duration of the class.
