Dedicated ballet classes for the over 55s

The classes are designed to learn classical ballet technique to gain good posture, muscle strenght and core stability, as well as the understanding of musicality and performance.

Classes are being held every Friday at Quay Arts from 12:00 – 13:00

The teacher, Suki Turner, is a Royal Academy of Dance registered Silver Swans teacher
