This week volunteers from Canine Partners will be joining us to talk about the work of the charity. They'll be joined by some of their 4 legged friends!

Join us for our new cafe for those with a Long Term Condition, their carers and families, providing information, support and gentle exercise.

10am - 12noon every Thursday morning.

Only £2 which includes a cup of tea or coffee.

The Independent Living Centre and Red Cross attend each week with a range of useful gadgets for around the home.
