IW Community Learning are holding a talk on Wednesday 12th February at the Community Learning Centre called "Protect yourself and Others Online" from 6pm to 9pm.

The talk will cover, personal safety, ensuring your pass words are secure, how to prevent companies/government snooping on you, using secure browsers and other useful techniques to protect your identity when using the internet whether you use a computer, tablet or mobile telephone.

This talk is part of Safer Internet Day (SID) is organised by Insafe in February of each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.
