Once again we are teaming up with Brookside Health Centre and the FYT Bus for a Flu Tea Party!

After patients have had their Flu Jab at Brookside they can pop in to the sports centre for free tea and biscuits and a free swim. There will also be stands from Age UK, Health Trainers, Independent Living Centre and our Living with Long Term Conditions Cafe. Our instructors will also be on hand for health and fitness advice.

Flu vaccinations will be available for patients over 65 years and those at risk from Chronic Respiratory Disease, Chronic Heart Disease, Diabetes, Living and Kidney Disease and Pregnant Women.
