After a two year hiatus, The tenth annual Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair is back! Saturday 14th May 2022. 11.30am to 8pm

From the successful launch in 2011, the family friendly festival has been gaining momentum with fantastic bands/artists each year along with locally produced food, children's activities, tea tent and not forgetting the Real Ale tent!

Special guest artists at Wolverton Folk & Blues this year include.... British Blues Supremo THE PAPA GEORGE BAND. Rising UK Folk stars of 2022 GRANNY'S ATTIC. Europe's Premier Bluesman DAVE KELLY & HIS BAND.

As well as the Main Stage, the popular 'Beer Tent Acoustic Stage' will make a welcome return providing a full and varied programme, featuring some of the best Folk & Blues musicians the Isle of Wight has to offer.

Other Bands/Artists confirmed include: The Devil's Damned String Band, The Bohemians, Laurie McVay & The High Rollers, The Clacks Band, Vote Pedro, Steve Love, Brighstone Barnacles, Doug Alldred & The Silver Lining, SheShells, Knucklehead, Moonshine Border Morris plus more to be announced.

With an IW real ale beer tent, Tea Tent, Bar-be-que, children's activities, craft stalls and Morris Dancing, The Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair is set to be a great opportunity to enjoy top live music and great festival food, set against the backdrop of the beautiful West Wight scenery.

In aid of Leukaemia Research and Brighstone School.
