It is amazing how many of us struggle with an annoying chorus of critical voices inside our head; voices that can sound like a school report "Could do better". These continually get in the way with rules and beliefs that only serve to constrain us and make us feel embarrassed or inadequate.

The main point of this workshop is to help you discover and unleash your unique lovely self upon the world, to stop getting in your own way – and to have fun in the process.

Kate will also offer harmony singing as an evening activity.

Your course weekend includes six hours of tuition across two days. This leaves plenty of time to explore the island on coastline walks or enjoy health and beauty treatments (book in advance). The holidays and courses operate in accordance with any government guidelines for hospitality.
