Verity Malinowska, “Verity Jane - Cake Artist”, an award-winning cake artist from Plymouth who will be showing you how to pipe the perfect buttercream swirl before decorating so it is optional if you wish to pre-pipe or watch her demo for this part. She will prepare her buttercream and add to a piping bag with a 1B Jem nozzle.
