These sessions will centre around ways of supporting your young person with their anxiety and yourself. There will also be an opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.

The techniques covered within this session will support with social anxiety, phobias and school refusal

Facilitated by Youth Trust Wellbeing Practitioners. Open to all Isle of Wight parents / carers.

Sessions are an hour long, and held the first Wednesday of every month

These are group sessions and are held at Youth Trust House in Newport.
