Springtime Special is back!

Join us in the tearoom for jazzy sounds and delicious cakes, and then at 5pm in the Olympus Gallery for poetry with Maggie Sawkins, Barry Smith and Pete Darby. Enjoy toe-tapping jazz from Sapphyre and inspirational words from three poets. Maggie Sawkins has won the Ted Hughes Award and Barry Smith was shortlisted by the BBC Proms Poetry/Bread & Roses Awards. His poems will celebrate the island's link with Lewis Carroll. Pete Darby will celebrate the life of Pink Floyd founder Syd Barrett. All set in the historic Dimbola, home of pioneer photographer Julia Margaret Cameron.
