Nicholas Mogg, baritone and Jâms Coleman, piano
The last concert of the West Wight Arts Association’s highly successful 2017-8 season will be given by baritone Nicholas Mogg and pianist Jâms Coleman on Saturday April 7th at the Memorial Hall, Freshwater, starting at 7.00pm.
Winner of the 2017 Royal Over-Seas League Singers Section and many other prizes, Nicholas Mogg studies on the Opera Course at the Royal Academy of Music.
Born in Anglesey, Jâms Coleman read Music at Girton College, Cambridge. In 2016 he completed his Masters at the Royal Academy of Music.
They will perform La bonne Cuisine by Leonard Bernstein, witty settings of four short recipes in French, the much loved Songs of Travel by Vaughan Williams with words by Robert Louis Stevenson and finish with Schubert’s last works for the voice, Schwanengesang.
