An annual celebration of the Bay’s amazing natural history! Join Arc, Artecology & Eccleston George at the Yaverland science beach in beautiful Sandown Bay, for a packed morning of beach art, bug hunting and fossil finds. We’ll be listening to the sea through a hydrophone too! Don’t miss it!
Meeting at Brown’s Café, Culver Parade, Sandown PO36 8QA
Monday 1st May 2017 10.30am – 12.30pm
This is a free event for all the family with short stroll between the beach and the meadow. It’s set at low tide on the Bay’s famous 5 mile beach so there’s plenty of opportunity for everyone to explore the whole stretch. No need to book.
