Freshater Alzheimer Cafe is one year old this month, so to celebrate we are holding a musical 'Singabout' session and a buffet tea. The Alzheimer Cafe is an informal meeting place for people living with dementia, their families, friends, carers and those with an interest in dementia.

It is a welcoming and friendly environment, offering the opportunity to chat with health and social care professionals, our volunteers and to make new friends.
