They are sophisticated, cool, and about to break. Slick pop combined with fluid jazz undertones are the hall-mark of this nine-piece ensemble led by singer-songwriter Hannah Garner and multi-instrumentalist David Amar.
Their music has already bowled over the BBC's Chris Evans, who says: “Brilliant. Just brilliant. These guys are going to be huge”.
Miss 600’s recently released debut album Buying Time showcases their talent includes collaborations with Maxi Priest, Sam Beeton, Sonna Rele and legendary film composer Ennio Morricone.
Amar and Garner met at an open mic night and were spotted gigging around Derby by producers Chris Bucknall (Climax Blues Band) and Robert de Fresnes. Their debut single, Twist, released in July 2011, spent an extraordinary seven weeks on the BBC Radio 2 A list while also achieving over 3000 plays on UK radio.
Grab the opportunity to see them while you can.
