‘Military Wives on Show’

A choir of Military Wives & The Band of The Royal Anglian Regiment & Guests.

There are approximately 75 Military Wives choirs throughout the UK; Germany; Cyprus and the Falklands which are either established or being developed under the guidance of The Military Wives Foundation.

Representatives of The Military Wives choir have released two number 1 albums, a number one Christmas single and appeared at numerous memorable occasions including the opening of the 2012 Olympic stadium and contributed to the Gary Barlow & Andrew Lloyd Webber written ‘Sing’ to mark the diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth 11 as well as winning a classical Brit.

Tonight’s show comprises of a specially selected regional Choir of Military Wives as well as The Band of The Royal Anglian Regiment, compered by BBC TV and Radio’s Sqdr Ldr Howard Leader.
