Imagine yourself hunkered down in a smoky basement bar. The audience is being mesmerised by some of the coolest jazz sounds you’ve heard for a long time. The chances are you are listening to Femi Temowo.

Good enough to be a firm favourite with the likes of Courtney Pine, the guys at Ronnie Scott’s and the late Amy Winehouse, we’re expecting Femi to delight our festival audience too.

The Nigerian-born guitarist and composer, joined by Troy Miller on drums and Karl Rasheed Abel on bass, effortlessly interweaves African folk rhythms and modern jazz. This will be the perfect late evening chill-out gig.
