The Phoenix Choir will be performing at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Road on Friday 11th November at 7.30pm in aid of the ‘Church Organ Fund’. Repairs to the church’s fine organ, which is nearly 100 years old, are urgently required. Entry is free but there will be a retiring collection.

The choir, who sing under the banner of ‘From Pavarotti to Presley’, will include in its programme songs associated with both of these famous singers together with a variety of other well-known favourites.

They hope that the concert will be well supported to assist this worthy project.

This concert replaces that originally scheduled for the choir on the same night at Wootton Bridge Methodist Church which had to be cancelled due to the advancement of the church’s building development work.”
