The Isle of Wight Rural Community Council (IWRCC) is offering a programme of training during March and April.

Come along to watch and learn from Paul the Community Chef as he demonstrates how to prepare simple healthy meals.

This session is open to all the family.

Sessions take place on:

Thursday 24th March, St Andrew’s Centre, Cowes, 15:00 – 17:00
Thursday 31st March, The Broadway Centre, Sandown, 10:00 – 12:00
Thursday 7th April, The Memorial Hall, Freshwater, 10:00 – 12:00
Thursday 14th April, St Margaret’s Hall, Lowtherville, 18:00 – 20:00
