Rhythm and Roots is now the name of the Island Reiki Share group and will be holding fortnightly meetings at The Unitarian Hall Newport.

The First Thursday of the month will be workshops / guest speakers or teachers

Every Third Thursday of the month will include Reiki share.

It will cover all aspects of healing, working on and with each other such as Reiki shares, Drumming groups, Shamanic Journeys, Sound therapy and all other sort of healing methods.

Workshops will include learning drumming and didgeridoo as well as other teachings on how to live of the land, foraging etc. as the year goes on.

The idea is that people can come along and find out more, try out therapies and other methods that they may not have tried or heard of before.

Tea coffee and biscuits will provided

Due to popularity we have revised our times and are now holding a three hour meeting.

There will be a £5 donation to cover costs and any end of year profits will go to the Wildwood Ways group on the Island.

For this share Reiki will be from 7-00 to 8-30 and then from there the Full Moon drumming till about 10-00
