The Trinity Junior Symphony Orchestra from Trinity College of Music in London, one of the four London Conservatoires of Music will be performing concerts in the Isle of Wight next week in aid of two local charities.

The concerts will be given in St Catherine's Church in Ventnor (Tuesday 24 August at 7.30 pm) and All Saints' Church in Ryde (Wednesday 25 August at 7.30 pm) and will include works by Shostakovich, Vivaldi, Rachmaninoff and Mozart.

This is the first time the orchestra has visited the island having previously toured to great acclaim in Germany, France & Belgium.

Tickets £8/£6 concessions - available from all island Rotary Clubs and Tours Information Centres or on the door

All proceeds will go to the Earl Mountbatten Hospice(24 August) and Ryde Rotary Club (25 August).
