On 1st August 2010 The committee of the Memorial Hall in Freshwater will be running a Youth Talent Contest.

The Memorial Hall's youth talent competition is not only a competition to find talent, but it also gives bands, groups, singers, dancers alike the opportunity to appear live in front of an audience.

The competition is also not a profit orientated project with all revenue being reinvested back into the competition and contestants.

The competition is broken down into three age groups: 5-8yrs, 9-12yrs, 13-16yrs.

Regardless of the level that all the contestants performing at the Memorial Hall Talent competition has been created to provide a professional platform of opportunity, for all ages so they can express themselves in a positive manner.

Whether it be winning or just competing, contestants can gain an awful lot of experience from this competition which also gives them a platform to promote themselves and others around them.

The successful competitors from each group will to perform in front of an audience and judging panel.
