This year the Society will be holding the show over one day only.

It is hoped that by condensing everything into the one day we will provide a better show with more for spectators to see.

The Equestrian section will be holding classes for all types of horses and ponies, a full day of showjumping and driving classes.

The Livestock section will be putting on classes for cattle, sheep and pigs. There will also be a Poultry tent. A Dog Show is to be included this year along with other displays and attractions.

There will be a limited number of trade stands and refreshments will be available.

There will be no charge for entry to the showground but a bucket collection will be made for donations.

All the classes have been generously sponsored by local firms and individuals.

All proceeds from the event will be awarded to students attending agricultural college to help with their expenses. Last year 5 students applied for these grants and were awarded £500.00 each.
