If you've ever seen Who's Line is it Anyway, that is improv, but it can be used in so many other ways and also as a tool for creativity in general. At its heart Improv is learning how to create stories in real time. And this in itself is often where the comedy arises!
Complete beginners are welcome - Drama, acting, comedy or improv experience is not required! Together we will create a friendly, fun and supportive atmosphere, where people are free to play and be themselves. More experienced improvisers are equally welcome as there are always new things to learn!
After learning just a few simple techniques, creating comedy out of thin air becomes easy!
Originally from Ryde, Luc Valvona now teaches and performs improv regularly in London and has trained with coaches from many highly regarded schools of improv including Second City, Hoopla, The Maydays, Showstoppers! and The Comedy School.
Trail price of £5 for the 3 hour workshop. The maximum class size is 20, so book your place in advance to avoid disappointment!
