Take a handful of comedians making a name for themselves on the circuit; add in Ventnor’s own Radio 4 comedy writer Hannah George as master of ceremonies and you’ve got an evening of witty, poignant and downright funny stand-up.

The line up includes the Island’s own Adrian Besozzi, who regularly brings the house down at Quay Comedy nights with riotous impressions and wry observations that are sure to go down well with the festival audience – especially if they’re familiar with his antics behind the bar at the Bonchurch Inn.

He will be joined by ultra sardonic Romesh Ranga, farmer-by-day-funnyman-by-night Rob Dumbrell, Aiden Goatley, a pet store manager who turned to stand-up after being rejected by NASA and the reassuringly warped Sam Savage.
