The torment of victim and rapist explode into life in this stage interpretation of William Shakespeare’s harrowing poem with a searing solo performance by RSC Olivier Award nominee and National Theatre actor, Gerard Logan.

The Rape of Lucrece is a brilliant, brutal narrative poem giving an account of the terrible crime of rape and its dreadful consequences. This faultless performance is a real indulgence for all lovers of poetry and Shakespeare or anyone who enjoys listening to the voice of a master!
