Part of Biosphere Festival 2024

Handlewithcare

"Please handle with care" is an ongoing community artwork.

Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to create an individual life form of their choice from the clay provided. Maybe they will be inspired by something they have seen on their visit to the sanctuary or from something native to the Island's biosphere. The challenge is that the representations need to be self-supporting.

The facilitator, Emma, is there to help visitors with their creations. Afterwards these form part of a growing art installation being built over the weekend. Each individual work will be photographed and the artists acknowledged for their contribution in the online video.

Running from 9:30am to 1:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm each day.

Part of the FOCAS festival at the Wildheart Sanctuary

BOOKING REQUIRED

£2.50 fee includes entrance to Sanctuary and other FOCAS festival activities.
