An introduction to the art of coffee making with the award winning team at Prufrock Coffee, who will be bringing their BRAT (Barista resource and training) school direct from London's Leather Lane to Ventnor's Church Street.

No danger of you forgetting any of the theory – our message is to approach your coffee like you are a cook. Weigh your ingredients, regulate temperatures, time your extractions, clean your equipment, and read and taste as much as you can so you know what you have sourced and love what you are serving.

Courses will run each morning (subject to sufficient demand) from 10am - 12midday and cost £45. A maximum of six places are available for each workshop.

Courses can be tailored for group bookings (espresso/latte art/brew methods, masterclasses etc)
