Enjoy a deeply restful Restorative Yoga workshop to really unwind, relax and feel at ease.
We will practice some gentle yoga stretches along with deeply restful poses, using props to help you feel calm and settled. There will be some calming breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and deep relaxation to allow you to settle in body and mind.
This workshop offers you a space to rest, heal and calm the nervous system, allowing the muscles to soften and gently open, to improve flexibility, release stress and help lift the mood.
