This new Nature Connection Group for Autistic Adults is aimed at adults who may be experiencing social isolation, anxiety and low mood and who would like to meet other people.

The group will provide an opportunity to build confidence and social skills in an outdoor environment.

The group will include nature connection, sensory connection, art and bushcraft.

The group will take place in a woodland near Newport. The group will run for 6 weeks on Saturdays .The first session is Saturday the 23rd October 2021 10am- 11 30am The group will then run once a month for 6 months.
