'Inspired by ...' Oil Painting workshops 4 Day long painting classes
£60per workshop | materials not included (materials list below) Jubilee Stores 10 – 4pm

Looking at the work of the specified artist, students will create their own paintings following his/her approach to painting. Students will learn how to mix a good colour palette based on the artists’ work and study the brushstrokes he/she used. They will also look at colour mixing in oils and acrylics and learn about what makes a successful colour painting, through mark making and close observation.

Materials List Participants will need to bring the following: – Oil Paints – 4 x A2 boards, primed with white emulsion – Flat oil brushes and small watercolour brushes – Old white plate as a palette – Overall / Apron to protect clothing
