West Wight Heritage Centre has invited Chris Phillips to give a talk and film on Paddle Steamers. Chris has plenty of experience on this subject, so it promises to be a very interesting evening. He is Vice Chairman of the Wessex Branch of the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society and member of Friends of P.S.Waverley.
