Described as ‘delightfully random’, the Spammy Oatis are a musical duo with years of experience between them.
Spike Oatley and Sam Willis ensure a brilliant performance with their covers of hits from across the decades, sometimes giving tunes a little twist and sometimes ‘just banging out the classics’.
Their set is usually peppered with that little nugget of a song you nearly forgot about. Whatever they play, it’s done with energy and verve.
Mountbatten is an independent charity providing specialist end of life care and support to anyone affected by death, dying and bereavement on the Isle of Wight.
Concerts contribute to this work by filling our hospice building with music and art, which we know makes a difference to how we feel and respond to the world around us.
Mountbatten concerts comprise two 45-minute sessions, either side of an interval where wine and canapes are served.
