If you are interested in learning how to perform CPR and operate a defibrillator, then IOW Defibrillators will be providing free sessions at Cowes Library on Saturday 4 May. Attend one of two sessions at 2 - 2.45pm or 3 - 3.45pm. There is no need to book, just go along.
