Art Foundation - The Island VI Form Students

We are delighted to present work from a fantastic range of Foundation students specialising in varied disciplines of Art and Design, from Fine Art Painting and Photography, to Textiles and Costume.

Work shown is a snapshot selected from their recent personal confirmatory study, a self-directed project that forms the final work of the Foundation year including visual experimentation and sketchbook journeying. There are two gallery instalments over six weeks so we can highlight some of the final outcomes from each of the students:

It is the only course of its kind being offered on the Isle of Wight, and it is for 18-19 year olds to prepare for further university study of fashion design, textile design, photography, fine art, illustration, graphics.
