This 4-week Mindful Living course is a journey of reflection and exploration, it offers you a chance to reflect on your needs, to be mindful of what actions you would benefit from in your life right now, and to start to create more positive habits in your life.
There will be a range of methods offered including journaling, creativity, mindfulness, affirmations, visualisations and relaxation.
You will be encouraged to try things at home during the 4 weeks and find the best ways for you to become more mindful and aware of your needs.
