Island at War 1914-1918

Come and meet Heritage staff and learn about the Island during the First World War.

Handle original artefacts - trench art, shrapnel, an officer’s belt and a Queen Mary tin. Try on replica uniforms (adult and children sizes) and see 3D stereoscopic postcards of wartime scenes.
