'Sing your heart out'

If you like singing, wish you could sing with a group but are worried about lack of skill and definitely do not want to do an audition - then these two singing workshops could be just what you are looking for. Rosie McConnell, a Natural Voice practitioner, is leading two sessions: on Tuesday evening from 6-8pm and Thursday from 10am -noon at the Unitarian Hall in Newport. Each workshop costs £5 or £9 for both.

Sue Bailey took part in workshops Rosie ran in the summer and said

"Within a short space of time she teaches you new songs, has you singing in rounds and even has you doing harmonies. And it is all done by ear - just by copying her. At the end of a workshop you've learnt new songs, made new friends and best of all, feel like you have sung your heart out! "
