artSOUTH investigates the boundaries of collaborative practice, by inviting artists to co-create new work with specialists in another field or discipline. Curated by Judy Adam, these commissions respond sensitively and experimentally to the local context of the region and invite the public to explore their surroundings, revealing a sense of place and history.

Bournemouth-based artist Tom Hall collaborates with Mike Elliot, ex-employee of the old rocket testing facility which housed the British Space Programme through the 50s and 60s at West High Down, IW.

Making reference to the Doomsday Clock, a room at the site is reconstructed in cardboard - as though it was abandoned in a hurry.
