A family fun day out on the Esplanade and Beach at Sandown with Children's Fancy Dress 8 and under only), Sandcastle Competition, Team Shoresports - including Tug o' War and Beach Volleyball, Children's Shoreports, Canoe Racing, Aquatic Events, Round the Pier Swim, Beer and Tray Race (over 18's only)and Sailing (at Yaverland).

Charity Stalls will be on the Esplanade with demonstrations taking place from 12 to 1 involving the rookie lifeguards and the British Marine Divers Rescue.

A raffle with fantastic prizes including family tickets for a number of Island attractions will take place.

An air-sea rescue involving Bembridge Lifeboat, Sandown & Shanklin Inshore Lifeboat and the Coastguard will take place (operational responsibilities permitting. A Condor Ferries ship - the Commodore Goodwill - will also be visiting the Bay during the Regatta.

Live music, prize presentation, raffle draw and fireworks will take place in the evening.
