Island born artist Bridget Macdonald returns to Quay Arts with her major solo exhibition ‘The Poetry of Earth: drawings and paintings’ this summer in The West Gallery.

She will be showing evocative, large-scale charcoal drawings and paintings in oil, including a series focussing on the Island’s St Catherine’s Lighthouse and Niton Undercliff.

Macdonald’s work has been widely exhibited across the UK and is included in corporate and private collections in the UK, USA, Italy and France.

The exhibition opens on Saturday 13 July and continues till Saturday 31 August.
