Headfunk returns to the Blacksheep after a minor hiatus to regroup and refresh. We are back with a banger of a line up to shake off the cobwebs and break out into 2013.

Downstairs in the Almighty Sweatbox the Headfunk Film Club opens the evening up again, now from 8pm! TJC Martin will be presenting as screening of 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' with free popcorn and 2-4-1 cocktails until 10pm.

Then it's music time and we welcome back our old friend Sepia. He had a very successful 2012 with a slew of releases across genres garnering support from those in the know including B-Traits on Radio 1 and a number of Rinse Fm djs. Sepia will be sure to bring a set that could as easily take in Garage or Techno or Bassline or RnB.

Second guest, making his debut, is local Dubstep renegade and Graffiti artist Ming Da Mercilus. Ming has been wielding records for many a long year, most famously for Dex FM and more recently for Frequentease as well as placing some of his art on as historic a place as Nipsy's back wall!

Headfunk residents Nipsy and Josh Brown will heading up the support downstairs with Nipsy playing a special Funk-only set and Josh, well it's always funky from our own JB.

Upstairs in Cocktails and Carnivals it is a one-off special Underground House night. House has always has a very special place in the Headfunk musical point of view and we want to celebrate all thing House with a dedicated session. With music from 9pm, Tom headfunk will be playing a 2-hour reflection on his favourite Deep/Vocal House tracks.

The baton then hands over to 2 local House legends. Firstly Sam Franklin, resident at Where?House, Bestival veteran and lover of deep and melodic House. Sam had a great 2012, rocking festivals and releasing his 'Tree of Rhythm' on Baci Recordings.

Final guest is the IOW's Mr. House music Tony Walton. Tony has been making Island booties shake since many of us needed the finest fake IDs to check him out. From Golden Hill Fort to Subterranea Tony knows House like nobody else!
