Tritone Singers Celebrate Spring with English Poets and Composers.

There will be a host of lyrical English songs set to poems by well-known writers such as Shakespeare, Christina Rossetti, and other Elizabethan poets.

They will be singing Songs of Springtime by Moeran, Dream Tryst by Holst, To Daffodils from Five Flower Songs by Britten, The Cloud-Capp’d Towers by Vaughan Williams, To be Sung of a Summer Night on the Water by Delius.

They will also include a modern song by Director Richard Wilkins, sung by soprano Helen Mansefield together with instrumental pieces on piano and flute by Delius and Lennox Berkeley.
