We'll be starting at Medina Leisure Centre, and go for a gentle cycle ride down to the Marina and back on cycle paths.

Parents are encouraged to join in, but it's not required. (It is a good excuse to get out your bike, though!)

Booking is advised with Medina Leisure Centre, 01983 823 880 as spaces are limited.

Each participant will need a roadworthy bike. Helmets are at the discretion of the parent.

All sessions are run by our Sustrans Schools Officers--taking a break from engaging with thousands of kids at schools across the island!
