Reiki for relaxation and wellbeing - a short explanatory talk and demonstration

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a way of enhancing a persons' own energy (life force, universal energy, chi - there are many names for it) to facilitate wellbeing and relaxation.

It is given when the client is fully clothed and either sitting or laying down, and can be either 'hands on' (actually touching client) or given from a few inches away from the client. There is no ‘faith’ required to either practice Reiki or receive benefits from Reiki sessions. Reiki works just as well for sceptics as for believers.
