The course comprises five days of drawing exercises designed to encourage beginners and experienced students to explore a variety of drawing media and processes.

Using artists from the West Collection as a starting point, students will be encouraged to develop an intuitive approach to drawing from the nude model, with the emphasis on experimentation and improvisation leading to fresh and dynamic imagery.

Boards, easels, paper and some drawing media are provided, but students are encouraged to bring their own materials as well.
