A gong immersion is a relaxing experience and is very good at relieving pain, stress or dealing with personal issues,as it tends to bring people to a blissful state that can often last for many days.

Each gong immersion is different,as is each person's experience in the gong bath and is unique to them. Some people use the time just to relax, others to meditate, others have visual journeys and others use the time and sound waves to assist the body with healing itself. Use this time to let go of everyday life and allow yourself to relax and heal. Remember healing is necessary not just on a physical level but also emotionally and this time allows you to do this. Both are important to be able to live a happy and fulfilled life.Whatever happens the intention is always set for your highest truth, light, wisdom, love and healing.

During a gong immersion you may lay on your back, your stomach, your side, or you may sit up. Which ever way you chose, please bring a camp /yoga mat to lie on and wear some warm, comfortable clothes / socks, and a blanket or a sleeping bag to cover yourself. We will have a few spares with us.

When the session ends we will hold the silence for a short while before gently bringing you back into this realm. We shall then close the session with a short group OM.

The doors will be open at 19-15 to meet and greet, relax and settle. The front door will then be locked at 19-30 prompt so as no disturbance caused to those that are settled and ready to be immersed in the sounds of the gongs.

And there will be tea, coffee and biscuits available afterwards.

An energy exchange of just £5 and will be limited to 16 people so bookings are essential if you wish to take part. Please either private message me or call me on 07867900475 to book your place.
