Lying down meditation

Simple meditation techniques that will help you to relax, calm your mind and enjoy being in the present moment.

Practice techniques such as breath awareness, mindfulness and visualisation along with deep relaxation to calm the mind and relax the body.

Friday 10.30am - 11.30am £6 a week

November: 8, 15, 22, 29

December: 6, 13, 20

Held at Ryde Chiropractic and Complementary Therapies, 81 George Street, in room 3 on the first floor. Sit in a chair, or on a yoga mat or lay down for comfort, open to everyone.
